Healthcare Datalink is a (VAR), Value Added Reseller for the Allscripts Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. In addition to selling the Allscripts software, "TouchChart", our company provides the software installation, training services, and software support. We provide all of the necessary services. Our customers have one support call to make for Healthcare Datalink software and the EHR TouchChart. Healthcare Datalink software is integrated with the TouchChart system for patient demographics, insurance and encounter visit information. Our Allscript installations can be found in physician clinics as well as hospitals.

Allscripts TouchChart Electronic Health Record system includes:

> TouchChart Note: The clinical note for the patient vitals, PFSH, ROS, Exam, CC, AP and the E/M coding.

> TouchChart Forms: The manual forms in your office are on-line electronically in the system to request and submit within the paperwork flow.

> TouchScript.Net: Electronic Prescription Writing with on-line formularies through the Sure Network System. Send the prescriptions to the pharmacy electronically or by faxing.

> TouchChart Base: Document Imaging, the entire electronic chart. Includes File cabinets for scanning in EOB's and supports MS Word Transcription. Integrates with several Lab companies.

> TouchChart OCR: Optical Character Recognition. This program can scan a patient's record for a string of characters on the electronic copy of their chart or for an optical image.
